​Kareela Village Shopping Centre is is a growing shopping centre with over 25 stores within and over 230 distributed parking spaces over 4 levels.

Holman Engineering designed and installed a parking guidance system to aid customers and staff in efficiently finding available parking spaces. The system monitors vehicle movements between levels to accurately calculate the available spaces.

The parking count points are accurately monitored by several induction loops installed on all ramps and major entrances and exits within the shopping parking areas, providing an efficient counting method. Real-time parking availability is then displayed on LED signs located throughout the car park.
