​Holman Engineering's Vehicle Priority System has been installed in various locations including on ​Castlereagh Street under the ANZ tower. This system includes a sophisticated design that monitors traffic entering and exiting a single lane road. The system uses induction loops and LED Traffic lights in order to constantly monitor and direct vehicle movements.

These sensors allows for site specific programming to reduce prolonged waiting times to enter or exit the site, along with manual switching mode in case of emergency evacuations. The building includes both a Loading dock and employee parking zones. The included installation of Traffic lights on all three entry points to the one lane road guarantees that no driver is on the road without first being directed and is an excellent solution to keep traffic flowing without any expensive manual traffic controllers.
