The system monitors service requests and equipment events such as patron drink or service calls, poker machine door alarms and paper-out alarms. It then pages the appropriate staff member so the event can be addressed promptly.
The system records staff response times and produces comprehensive performance reports and graphs that can be used for operational review and staff evaluation. It includes paging hardware, call manager software, a central SQL database and paging software.
